GWT loding project take time

I am using gwt2.0 and java1.6 and hibernate3.0 with my big
project .But my project take more time to lode for the first time .
What can i do for reduce the first loding time for my project

Client side loading can be improved by using good code split points (http://code.google.com/intl/de-DE/webtoolkit/doc/latest/DevGuideCodeSplitting.html) and enabling .gz compression on your web server that serves the client javascript code. Compression could be done on the fly be the web server or you provide already compressed files (http://code.google.com/p/google-web-toolkit/wiki/PrecompressLinker) and tell the web server to use them.

I am running into the same problems.

We already have code splits.

And for the .gz compression, how can i enable in jetty server?
