Help with client portals

I recently created a website and am working on setting up client portals for each of my users. I want them to be able to sign in and create individualized charts for weight lost, food eaten, etc. for any given day, week, or month. I want to make sure that the only person who can see each individual's chart is that individual (with the exception of any admins). I really want to use Google Chart, but I'm not sure it can do what I want. Does anyone have any experience or advice for this?

This pertains to your back-end.  Set up your site security and your database correctly and you can do this easily.

I have to admit my ignorance here. I'm brand new to blogging and websites, so I'm not sure how to go about doing this. Do you have any advice or links to places with tutorials or somesuch? Much appreciated.

Are you building this from the ground up, or are you adding to an existing site or working from a framework/CMS system (ie, Wordpress)?

I'm working with WordPress, which is new to me, and I've also installed WP-Client to assist me with creating client portals. My technical expertise is unfortunately rather low.
