If only this feature existed!  But alas, no, you have to make do with hacks to get around the problem.

Basically, colors can only be assigned by series, so if you want multiple colors, you must have multiple series (search this forum for bar colors, there are tons of threads about it).  Here is an example of coloring by value: http://jsfiddle.net/asgallant/QHJA6/

thanks very much!I read about this workarround but it's strange that we must do this. I tought that the formatter will do the job but i supose that only works with table views..

I'll try your suggestion! Thanks for the jsfiddle!
