hi, I would like click on the map "regions" for him to do zoom for
"markers", does anyone know how I can do this using javascript or php?

Could you clarify your question for me?  I'm not sure whether you are asking if you can click on a region and zoom in, with the new zoomed in map being in markers mode; or if you are asking if you can click a region in a map that is in markers mode, and then zoom in.
