hello,
I use the library "google visualization." I have a small problem, the
numbers are displayed in the format "12000" as I would like it to
appear in the following way: "12 000" or "12,000" are possible?

Use the formatter (http://code.google.com/apis/chart/interactive/docs/reference.html#numberformatter) to format the data points, and the 'format' parameter of the 'hAxis' or 'vAxis' option objects (ex: http://code.google.com/apis/chart/interactive/docs/gallery/barchart.html#Configuration_Options).

You can't specify that in the format - it's determined by locale.  The comma (",") character tells the formatter to put a separator in a particular place, but the character used for the separator is not specifiable.

I'm experiencing the same problem, how would you use the ICU pattern set to specify the seperator as the space character?
