new version of the API was pushed June 18, 2012. Here are some of the most interesting features:

  • CandlestickChart: Allow more control over the candlesticks colors (see the candlestick option group)
  • ComboChart: Support candlesticks and steppedArea series (see the series/seriesType options)
  • ColumnChart/BarChart/CandlestickChart: Support continuous domain axis (see the relevant data format sections)
  • All corechart charts: Support legend alignment (see the legend.alignment option)
  • All corechart axis charts: Support minor gridlines (see the minorGridlines option)
Unlike previously planned, we didn't change the default chart rendering to not use an iframe. We decided to push it to the next release to allow for more testing.
Enjoy!

Can we have the option to remove the pagination of legends, and add counts and % in the legends itself ?

Great news but the columns label would be a must. A raw extract without the column is hardly usable

Um, actually, it turns out that dataTableToCsv() was indeed documented, but not actually released.

It has now been removed from the documentation.

It should be available in the next version of Google Chart Tools.
