linechart xy? Why no support that I can find?

Hey Guys,
I like google visualization api, I think it is strong. But what gives
about no support for x,y values? This totally blew my mind that you
guys don't support that with most charts, especially line chart. How
would I obtain that type of functionality? Can I write my own chart
to do so? Does it exist already?

What do you mean? Do you mean that you lack the option to point on a specific point on a line chart? If this is the case you will be happy to hear that this feature is coming in the upcoming version and in RC version as we speak. If this is not the case, please explain :-)

If you want to build a line chart with (x, y) value pairs, you can do so.  I don't know if it is documented yet or not, but you can set the first column to type 'number' and set the strictFirstColumnType option to true, and it will work just fine.

For integers it works just fine. But about everything else it has
trouble with, in my decimals.
