chart does not show for one single user..

to Google Visualization API

Hi,

Made an application that shows a chart and works fine but for one user
the image is broken (red cross).. also when he goes to the google
chart site he cant see any of the charts so the problem is clearly
related to his pc/settings. He uses IE8 and we have tried turning off
all security settings, firewalls, antivirus progs but nothing seems to
work..

any idea?

Hi Jan,

What chart does he fail to see? All charts in the gallery?

Does the red error message say something?

A screenshot may help in this case.

Hi,

here are two screenshots, one with IE8 and the other with Chrome. Chrome works obviously..

Its probably a stupid detail but cant find it and was hoping one of you would be able to see the solution..

Thanks for the screenshot.

Well, the charts do not even load with an error, so this is difficult to solve without further information.
