is the a way of hiding or changing color of value in a gauge?

Are you referring to the red/yellow/green shading in the gauge? If so, you can use the "redFrom", "redTo", yellowFrom", "yellowTo", "greenFrom", and "greenTo" options to set the color boundaries; and the "redColor", "yellowColor", and "greenColor" options to set the specific colors used for each span.
