at the moment you can only decide whether or not you want to show the selector ("displayRangeSelector" property)
all the rest is done automatically. 
i believe that in the future versions everything will be available for customization

But in Google Finance are Annotated Time Line with smaller
RangeSelector.

Google Finance charts are not Annotated Timeline charts - they use something that looks similar, but it is not the same chart code.
