Annotated Time Line Bug

Hello
I tried to use the Annotated Time Line chart and it has a bug.
It show all date one month ahead. For example if you put 2012 Jan 3rd,
it shows it as 2012 Feb 3rd.
Please look at the code in this page http://dl.dropbox.com/u/5842247/Syriatel.html
See the actual values in the source code and how it represents them in
the chart.
Please help.

This is not a bug: javascript uses zero-indexed months, so January is 0, February is 1, etc.
