can i make this chart?

Hello
I am in great an urgent need of a chart for a project poster
presentation, the only thing about it being that i don't know how to
do it.I have spss 14 and MSO 2003.The chart looks like this :

I need it to compare the values of two variables, and from what I see
it's measured in std dev units.Not knowing what values to use or where
to find this chart type I was wondering if anyone here can give me a
hand.
Any form of help will be greatly appreciated. :)

I guess a line chart might help here.

Note that it doesn't support dashed line.

You can make a line chart like that using the visualizations API, but you won't be able to print it out for a poster if that is what you intend.  The Image Charts API can be printed out, though: http://code.google.com/apis/chart/image/
