Simple width problem on ColumnChart

I'm trying to set the width of my column chart to use percentage and
have been successful setting it to use 100%; however if it's set any
lower than 100% (e.g. 90%) the size is still rendered as 100%. Is
this a known bug? Is there a suggested workaround for this?

I believe you need to set the width on the chart's container div if you want to set the width as a percentage.
