How to align labels in a bar chart

Looking at the api I didn't see a way to choose to left or right align labels rendered for bars in the BarChart.  I've attached an example where I'd like the labels in the chart to be left aligned as opposed to right aligned.

Text alignment in the axes is not supported.  You can make a feature request here.
