just want to stop the horizontal scroll on annotated time line

I simply cannot find a way to do this, google's resources are great but their api's disappoint me every time. I would like the data to be shown in a single view without interaction, any help is much appreciated.

If you don't want the scrolling, why not use a LineChart with annotations?

I have done exactly that, the time line had some nice features that could have come in useful but never mind. Thanks for the response.
