How to save google chart images as gif or png files?

Is there a method to save the images created.
If in could be done automatically, so that everytime the graph was
shown on a page, the javascript automatically saves the graph into a
png.
Also saving in batch could be interesting.

What you can do is to use the image charts directly (here), or by the javascript wrapper of these charts (here).

These charts result in a png image on the browse that you can save.

Haven't the ImageChart API's been deprecated? If so what is in their place?
