Google charts offline with HTML5

Can I show charts offline using html5?

I understand why one couldn't do it before, but did something change
with html5?

I don't believe the HTML5 versions of the flash-based charts are ready yet.  Even when they are done, though, the still won't be available offline, because the chart API resides on Google's servers (and the TOS forbids copying or mirroring the source).
