You're trying to use a NumberRangeFilter on a string column, which won't work.  What do you want the slider to do?

I'm trying to add the Google Slider, but am stuck on what is missing.

Suggestions on a Google fix are much appreciated !

The NumberRangeFilter won't do that for you.  A CategoryFilter would allow your users to pick which countries they want to see.

Change the filterColumnLabel option on the NumberRangeFilter to "Rank" instead of "Country".  That will do what you want.

Thanks - however, I need it to either  pick the Top 5 or Top 10 or Top
X     OR   quickly select #12 - #24, etc.
