Bio Heat Map

Hello,
I am working on a project where I would like to use the Package Bio
Heat Map in Google Charts.
I would like to know is there any way to integrate google charts with
Apex(developers tool in Oracle) ?
This might help to display the heat maps generated for the data stored
in my Database.
Please help me out with this.

I don't think that APEX itself has any built in support for the Google visualization API (given that Oracle has it's own BI/visualization tools), but you should be able to populate the viz API with data from the database, even if you have to use PHP or other server-side scripting instead of the APEX tools.

How should I further go with the approach of populating the viz API
with my data ?
I would like to know the possibilities.
I went through the entire tutorial for Google charts.
But Still just want to know which area should I specifically look in
with respect to Bio Heat Maps.
What can be helpful for handling data ?
Say Visual studio or any other application that you think should work
for me.
