Annotated Time Line moving Dates Forward

I have a graph that queries for dates between DATE_A and DATE_B but the graph shows dates beyond DATE_B.
At first I thought it was a Month/Day, Day/Month issue with my new Date(YYYY, MM, DD) but that doesn't seem to be the issue.

Your link throws a 404 at me. Are the dates on the chart off by one month? If so, you might have 1-indexed your month numbers instead of 0-indexing them.
