Help With Labels in Bar Chart

Hi people,
I'm trying to do a Chart like this:
https://chart.googleapis.com/chart?chs=200x125&chds=0,1&cht=bvs&chd=t:0.4356,0.3562,0.4834,0.575,0.673,0.6091&chco=0000FF&chbh=17,15&chm=N*p0*,000000,0,-1,11
in Javascript Chart Version, but I don't found in teh docuentation how
can I add this labels to my Chart...
in a google result I found that this command: (barLabelForBarPlot) can
solve my problem, but i did'nt found any doc about it.
Can anyone help me?

The interactive charts don't allow you to add labels like that. barLabelForBarPlot is used in Core Plot (MacOs/iOS only?), not Google Visualizations.
