Geomap state map

Hi All,

I am new to google chart, i am using Geomap to display national wide
map, but how can I display the US state map, for example Maryland?

Hi,

I'm sorry, but this is not supported by the GeoMap visualization.

However, we recently added support for that in the GeoChart (Available only in the release candidate - but will be live soon).

Here is an example.

Thanks for the tip.  Can you point me in the direction of I just want to show Suffolk County, NY and highlight towns.

County and town level resolution is not supported.  You can have a state-level map, but the only smaller resolution supported is metro, which doesn't correspond to any of counties, towns, cities, or ZIP codes.  There is talk of supporting county level resolution in a future version (and cities/towns wouldn't be much of a stretch beyond that), but it is not yet available.
