i saw some site about sell google api license.

 

if using google char in company,   we need pay about license???????

The Visualization API is free to use (within the limits of the Terms of Service).  3rd parties are, in fact, prohibited from charging for the use of the API, so if there is a site out there which does so, you might consider informing Google about them.
