Google Visualization charts do not show up on Android smartphones

I tested my site http://www.performancegurus.net/dashboard.html, which
has a Dashboard implementation as well as http://www.performancegurus.net/blog.html,
which have Guages and Bar graphs and none of these show up on
Smartphones being sold by HTC Status or Samsung Infuse 4G. These are
the latest, top-of-line Smartphones and it was a little disappointing
to note the incompatibility between Google's own technologies :(. I am
working on publishing a compatibility guide of devices that display
Google Visualization APIs correctly at http://www.performancegurus.net,
to help others save time.

If there is a date on when these issues (BTW I had posted a few days
ago on the Guage control not working on iPad) would be greatly
appreciated.

Google Chart Tools uses SVG for rendering the charts, and Android only supports SVG from version 3.1.

As for today, this version is only available for tablets.

When it becomes available for smartphones, the charts would show up correctly.
