chart loading causes browser page to scroll

I'm new to the visualization api, and have run across a frustrating
issue that I have not been able to find documentation on how to solve.

I have a web application that uses jquery, and google visualization.
When the chart is dynamically loaded, or updated the browser window
automatically scrolls to the chart. Is there any way to keep the
browser window from scrolling to the chart?

Ok, please disregard this post. I was loading libraries incorrectly.
