The only way to do this now is to add the percentage into the label strings and set the pieSliceText option to "label".  This will alter the legend and the tooltips, though, so it isn't a very good solution.  You can make a feature request to add this capability here (search first to make sure is hasn't already been suggested; if it has, you can "star" the issue to get notified of updates).
