My proof of enrollment disappeared

Hi.

Yesterday I've uploaded my student ID scan with translation. But today melange asks me for proof of enrollment again. What should I do?

I've reported this issue on IRC channel. No suggestions, but re-upload it.

After re-uploading a half of a day past. I've just mentioned it happened again.

Proof of enrollment disappears when I edit my profile info. I've
re-uploaded it, then edited my profile. After I pressed "Submit", my
proof of enrollment disappeared again.

I'm not sure this is the root of issue. I made a change before the first vanishing accident. But I didn't submit anything new since re-upload.
