How do i add dragend event on a marker in panorama???

In panorama when I drag  a marker to  a long distance. the marker is

I think it is a bug with streetview.

1. in this example, drag the marker to the horizon, and it
disappears.
2. Then close streetview and you see the marker is stuck in the "drag
up" position (therefore no dragend event).
3. If you open streetview again next to the marker you can drag the
marker again and return it to the down position.

this bug doesn't exist in V3.3 -- the markers are much larger in size
and you can drag them to the horizon and back again.
