Google Map Marker Updates on Change of Latitude and Longitude

My application is I am getting the Latitude and Longitude from GPS and I am saving it in MySql and in a fixed interval i am reading data and displaying in google map My problem is if I refresh the whole map then map marker changes I want to move the Map Marker not refresh the whole Map? I am using Php,Javascript and MYsql Please Update it if anyone knows ..
