Multiple elements (polyline + markers + infowindows)

Hi everyone,

I seem to have bitten off more than I can chew and I could really use some help figuring out how to put it all together.

Here are the elements I have (all on one map):

1. A Polyline consisting of a few hundred coordinates

2. A Marker for each coordinate

3. A infowindow that comes up when a marker is clicked showing the coordinates

I have been able to figure out each piece but not how to get them all working together.

Whenever I try to merge elements my map disappears.  I'm also pretty confused about how to integrate the markers (styled the way I want them) with both the polyline and the infowindow.

I am not super familiar with JavaScript.  This is a pro-bono art project for a friend.
