Showing map based on the location entered by the user

Hello,

I have a site where the front page takes the zip code as input from the user and takes him to the next page.

now, i want to show a map based on the zip code entered by the user.. but i'm not sure how to do this..

any ideas?

Use the geocoder, geocode the input zip code and use that to center
and zoom the map.
