Hey guys,
I'm trying something fairly simple - showing an infowindow - either on the standard map or in streetview - depending on where the user is right now.
Here is my example code:
http://jsfiddle.net/compojoom/X5r8r/484/Under the map there is a click me button. When you press it - the infowindow will be shown on the map. If you go with street view on the same street where the infowindow is and click "click me" - you will see the infowindow in street map. When you close the street map view and click again on the "click me" button - the infowindow will open on the normal map. So far everything is correct!
But if you just go somewhere on the map and turn streetview on (you should not be on the same street with the marker) and then you click on "click me" - the camera of street view will move around, but it won't jump to the marker and you won't see an infowindow. If you close the streetview and then click again on "click me" -> you won't see the infowindow anymore...
I'm looking at the console and the output of
getmymap() seems to be always correct - if the streetmap is closed I get the map object, if streetmap is open I get the panorama object... Any ideas what I am doing wrong?
