ArcGIS with Google map API

Hi,

For one of our web application we are planning to use Google map as a base map and we are in process to get premier license.

Whether we can able to use all arcgis server 10 functionality like timeslider ,etc by Google map API for javascript/flex. Or is there is another way to create application with  google maps with arcgis other than ArcGIS Extension for the Google Maps API. What are the limitations if we use ArcGIS Extension for the Google Maps API or Google map API for javascript. 

As its an urgent requirement ,please do post asap if you have an answer.

My team uses Google Fusion Tables and the Google Maps API (v3) via javascript.  We use shpescape.com to convert our ArcGIS 9 shapefiles to fusion tables.  We like this approach because everything runs on Google's systems and not ours (except for the html/javascript files).

But we don't want our data to rely on google server, and i need whether the we may develop  the time slider (ArcGIS 10 functionality) using Google Map javascript API.
