Jsp page where you can specify a route with several points on the route / write to the database / hints

Hi,
First of all sorry for my poor English.
I am new to Google Maps API.
I need to quickly write a simple jsp page where you can specify a route with several points on the route.
When entering a point on the route must be prompt.

questions:
1) Do you know any tutorial or example of how to add a route with a few parameters, and display it on the map?
2) Is there a database of points of offering direct prompting can be done when writing point on the route?
3) Introduced the route must be saved to the database, so that later you can reload them on the map. Is there any example?
