Question about displaying collapsed map under the div element

I would like to display "collapsed" Google Map under my page content as shown in this picture: http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/27/58170883.png/

When user clicks "expand map button" he will get full map with google logo and google tos link visible (shown here http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/585/21387024.png/).

Is it against the TOS, cause google logo is not visible until you click expand button?

If no one knows how to answer my question - is there any Google Maps API contact e-mail or form to ask the support?
