localization Greek Language support

Hello to everyone,

I have set the parameter language=el for my application in the header
section and all labels are in greek but only those inside Greece on
the map. All other labels are printed in their native language. The
localization for greek language is only supported for areas inside
Greece? I changed the parameter language to "ja" and all labels around
the world where translated in Japanese.

Same problem here but with language code "de" for German. Is there any solution for this issue?
