Custom Directions with the API. Please Help!

In v2 and maps.google.com I can append an "@lat/lon" to an address to get directions to that specific lat lon while still displaying the street address. This allows me to end the directions at a specific point on the street. This does not work in v3, does anyone know how to do this???
