Does the use of a custom marker make my map "styled"

Hey there,

I am creating a website that uses the js-v3 api to display a custom marker on a map. Does that make it a "styled map"?

I dont want to be restricted by the EULA to only 2,500 calls per day.

does anyone have a phone number or something for a google rep that I could use to get an answer to my question?
