Info windows don't always open when marker clicked

Hi,

I am using google maps V3 and the infowindows are realluy temperamental sometime the map will load and they work fine, other times the map will load and the infowindows wont open. Anyone know what could be causing this? The code is the same everytime so how can they work sometimes and not others.
