Is there a way to get all addresses on a specified street using reverse geocoding?

Is there an API that would let me specify a lat/lng on a street (or a street with a zip code) and get a list of all addresses on that street?  I am looking for a way to have a user click on a street in a map and then have my application highlight the entire street. I also want the application to be able to retrieve all known street numbers on that street.

Known to whom? The answer is "no," whether you are speaking of known
to the Post Office, or the City, or anyone else. Google Maps often
uses interpolation to geocode a lat lng, so the address you get might
actually be a vacant lot, or just a number that no one on that street
uses.
