is address in boundary?

im looking for a simplified approach to see if an address is in out delivery boundaries for my restaurant ordering site.

29 th street to 49 th street
10 th ave - park ave in NYC

i want to do this with php/javasrcipt

i already have a great code to convert an address to gps lat/long through google maps api.

i am not so advanced in the maps api so a ready to use code would be great.

You mean something like this (using kml polygons to define the
"delivery boundaries":
