external link disclosure (terms of service)

I am working with a financial institution and we all know how many regulations they have :)  Well they require all external links to have a disclosure " Notice this link is taking you to another site....etc" . 

 

Is there a way that I can add this to the "Terms of Service" link on the bottom of the standard google map?
