Highlight/Trace Specific Streets

I know that it is possible to style a map so that individual features (i.e. arterial streets ) may show in different formats. However, is it possible to change the style for and individual road? For instance, I want to color all of, and only, 5th Ave.

No. (At least so far as I know, and I've checked.)

You could draw a Polyline to overlay the map which might be OK if you have a limited number of roads to colour but it could be difficult to find the route of a road if you want to colour an arbitrary street.
