I have everything set-up correctly in the Google API Console, including the allowed referrers. See my example referrer list below, although I'm replacing "mywebsite" for the real one since it's under development. I'm using this format:
*.mywebsite.com/*
mywebsite.com/*
This allows the user to optionally use the www. prefix and everything, theoretically, would work. All works great in FF and IE9......but NOT in IE8.
The only scenario that works in IE8 is when the user is visiting with www.mywebsite.com. If I try mywebsite.com in IE8, I get the inflammed "Google has disabled use of the Maps API for this application........."
I've searched this forum, but couldn't find any results based on IE8. Anyone have any resolutions to this obvious bug?
