Change to the v1beta4 API

Dear Google Cloud SQL Users, 

A change is being made to version v1beta4 of the Cloud SQL Admin API: the currentDiskSize property in the Instance resource (ref: https://cloud.google.com/sql/docs/admin-api/v1beta4/instances) will be deprecated on October 30, 2015.  The property will not be removed, but will be set to '0'.  A similar property, called cloudsql.googleapis.com/database/disk/bytes_used, is provided by the Cloud Monitoring API and should be used instead.
