If I create an account using the Provisioning API then go to login to that account, I am presented with a Terms Of Service page. However, if I create an account using the Control Panel I do not get the TOS page. Furthermore, if I display the attributes of each account using the API both show agreedToTerms=true. I have reviewed the api doc and cannot find anywhere that gives me the option to not present the TOS page.  Has anyone experienced this?  Do you know how to turn off the TOS page for accoutns created via the API.

Hi Chris,

The Provisioning API doesn't support disabling the ToS page for new accounts.

That stinks.  Are there any work-arounds for this or plans to add that functionality to the api?

Hi Chris,

I think you can contact support (http://support.google.com/a/bin/request.py) to have the ToS disabled for your domain, but I'm not aware of any plans to add this functionality to the API.

You can and they will, but in our experience it then randomly shows to some people still.

We've not cared enough to follow it up.
