Reporting API Using Two-Legged Oauth mechanism

Hi All,

    I have a requirement where i want to run a cron job which will call these Apis daily and fetch the data and write it to a file. I dont have the luxury where third party will approve the request each time i want to fetch the data from these Apis. From what i understand to perform such operation the API needs to support Two-Legged Oauth mechanism. 

• Does anyone has any idea when will Reporting Apis support usage of Two-Legged Oauth mechanism ?
  
• Is there some other way using which i can fetch data from Reporting Apis without intervention by a third party.
