Audit API activity requests go from pending status to error

I've submitted audit activity requests and received a succesful response from the submission. In addition, I can list the outstanding requests
and can see they are in "pending" status. After a few hours my outstanding requests went to "error" status. Please let me know the status of the audit api service.

Hello Phil

That means that your requests failed due to some error while it was being processed. The pending status represents that the request is being processed. Are all of your requests failing? Can you also give me your domain name so that I can check on the failed requests?

Hi Phil,

  Did you upload a Public GPG key for your domain? If not, you'll get an error on every single request until you do. See the API Docs:

Thank you Jay Lee and Gunjan.

The activity requests I submitted Thursday all resulted in ERROR status after several hours. I submitted requests for the same users activities on Friday and the requests all completed successfully. Not sure what was wrong as I had used the same client and relied on the GPG key I submitted a long time ago for activity requests I made a few months ago.
