Creating user in Multiple Domain environment

I believe I have encountered a bug in the Provisioning API, using Python library calling method:

multidomain_client.CreateUser(email, first_name, last_name, password, is_admin, hash_function=None, suspended=None, change_password=None, ip_whitelisted=None, quota=None)

Setting change_password to True or 'true' is not having any effect - user is not asked to reset password.

You found a small bug in the multidomain Provisioning API client library.

I just committed a fix in rev dc3f99e0af5e:
