Error creating new users.

Starting early this morning, our creation scripts have stopped working reliably.  most of the times we try to create a new user, the API errors with:
"Google API failure: 1000 - UnknownError"

Is there a problem with the api.gapps today?

FYI, I am seeing the same problem. It started around 6:00am this morning and is intermittent.  Password change requests are working.  Requests to create a new account fail with:
UnknownError(1000):
        at com.google.gdata.data.appsforyourdomain.AppsForYourDomainException.narrow
(AppsForYourDomainException.java:133)
        at com.google.gdata.client.appsforyourdomain.AppsForYourDomainService.insert
(AppsForYourDomainService.java:99)

Hi Claudio, I am still seeing the UnknownError(1000) problem.  Is is intermittent, some users are getting thier accounts, others are not.

Hi all,

The issue regarding UnknownError(1000) should now be resolved, and we've traced the occurrences to the following times (in PDT):

4:00am - 9:30am (6/22)

6:00am - 6:45am (6/23)

8:30am - 12:00pm 6/23)

1:00pm - 6:30pm (6/23)

9:30pm (6/23) - 2:00am (6/24)

3:00am - 4:15am (6/24)

If you experienced issues with creating users during any of these time periods, particularly an issue where users were (sometimes) created despite an error thrown by the API, it was likely due to this situation.  We'll continue to monitor this issue throughout the day - please let us know if you experience any other difficulties moving forward.
